Your project information
The form includes your contact details, your objective, the destination, the development you may have chosen, the budget envisaged, the timetable and a message. Required fields are indicated; the telephone number and the free message are optional. Your entries remain in the page while you consult it and are not saved by the site in the browser’s local storage. We do not ask you for identity documents, bank details or sensitive documents in this first form.
What is transmitted when you make contact
When you confirm the submission of the form, the project data, your contact details and your agreement to be contacted again are transmitted to the JL HOME receiving service for the follow-up of the request. The text and date of this agreement accompany the request. A confirmation is only displayed if the service confirms receipt. You may also write directly to jonathan.lombi@jl-home.fr. The WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp application with an initial message that you can modify or delete: nothing is transmitted until you send it. Your number and your exchanges are then processed by WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta group) in accordance with its own privacy policy, including outside the European Economic Area.
Why we use the data received
The information you send us is used to respond to your request, clarify your criteria and prepare the steps you request: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. For a general question outside a contractual project, the reply falls within our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. The data necessary to comply with a legal obligation is processed on that basis. Making contact does not subscribe you to a newsletter or an advertising campaign; separate consent would be obtained for electronic marketing where this is required.
The yield calculator
The amounts and assumptions entered are used solely to perform the calculations in your browser. The calculator does not ask you for identity details, does not send your assumptions to JL HOME and does not keep them in the browser’s local storage. It makes no automated decision about your access to financing or to a service. If you then choose to send us a simulation, it becomes project information and follows the request-processing rules described here.
The recipients
The requests sent are accessible to the authorised staff of JL HOME responsible for responding to them. Requests from the form are recorded in the JL HOME request-tracking tool (CRM), hosted by Hostinger; e-mails pass through the messaging providers necessary for their delivery and storage; the conversations you open on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp. Hostinger provides the hosting of the site and may process the technical data necessary for this service. No data entered in the form is automatically sent to a developer or an advertising platform. If your project requires transmission to a partner, the recipient, the relevant information and the conditions of transmission must be specified to you beforehand. JL HOME does not sell your data.
Retention periods for requests
The JL HOME policy provides for prospect data to be retained for three years from its collection or from the last contact from the prospect, unless an applicable erasure request applies. Information that is no longer useful for follow-up is deleted earlier. When a contractual relationship begins, only the necessary data is retained for its performance, then the data that must be archived to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a right is kept for the corresponding period. The ten-year period concerns in particular accounting records from the close of the financial year; it does not apply indiscriminately to all your messages or all your data.
Connection, hosting and technical logs
Consultation uses an HTTPS connection. The server records technical traces that may include the IP address, the date and time, the resource requested, the result of the request and information about the browser. These serve to ensure operation, diagnose errors and protect the site: JL HOME’s legitimate interest in the security of its service. The configuration provides for a daily rotation of non-empty files and the retention of 14 archives; a lack of activity may lengthen the calendar period covered. Access to them is reserved for technical administration. They are not used to build an advertising profile. You may request details about the traces concerning you at our contact address.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses neither cookies nor advertising pixels. An anonymous audience measurement counts page views, the origin of visits (referring site), clicks to WhatsApp, simulations and requests sent. Nothing is saved on your device and your IP address is not retained: a visitor is counted under an anonymous fingerprint recalculated each day, which neither identifies you nor tracks you from one day to the next. These statistics serve solely to improve the site and are kept for no more than 13 months. The fonts and video thumbnails are served with the site. No YouTube player is loaded upon simply viewing the page. The choice to open or close a video is not kept on reloading. The external services you choose to use, in particular the messaging and the video player, apply their own rules.
Playing YouTube videos
Your click on ‘Play video’ loads a YouTube player on this page, via youtube-nocookie.com, in enhanced privacy mode. A connection is then established with Google, which may receive the IP address and the information necessary for playback. This mode does not make the viewing anonymous. You may continue to browse the site without loading the video. ‘Close video’ removes the player and stops the playback connection; this does not erase the data already received by the service. The testimonials remain those of the identified developers and channels.
External services and international transfers
Using the messaging service, a WhatsApp conversation or the voluntary upload of a video may involve providers operating in several countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Their policies specify the places of processing and the protection mechanisms they announce. A project in Bali, Thailand or Georgia may also require exchanges with local professionals: simply choosing a destination on the site does not trigger any automatic transfer of your file. Before any transmission by JL HOME, the recipient, the need for sharing and the applicable framework must be verified and brought to your attention.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. Write to contact@jl-home.fr, or by post to JL HOME’s registered office, specifying your request. Additional identity verification is requested only in the event of reasonable doubt. We respond within one month; an extension of two months may be necessary for a complex request or numerous requests, with notice and explanation within the first month.
Complaint to the CNIL
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable rules. For a difficulty relating to the exercise of your rights, keep a copy of your request and of our response in order to document your steps.
